On July 10, 2026, Saijai Tech Co., Ltd. joined the Kick-off Meeting with the Program Management Unit for Competitiveness, or PMUC, under the project “Development of a Hybrid Artificial Intelligence of Things Architecture Framework for Real-time Flash Flood Warning in Smart Rural Communities.”

The purpose of this meeting was to explain the overall project implementation, project management approach, work plan, progress monitoring, and coordination among the working team, funding agency, and related partners. This is to ensure that the project implementation will be efficient and aligned with the objectives of the funding agency.

This project aims to develop a real-time flash flood warning system by applying Artificial Intelligence, or AI, together with Internet of Things, or IoT, technology. The system will support monitoring, data analysis, and warning notification for water situations in risk areas. The project focuses on using digital technology to create practical benefits for local communities and related organizations.

The Kick-off Meeting is an important starting point for the project implementation. Saijai Tech Co., Ltd. will apply its expertise in IoT, AIoT, Embedded Systems, Dashboard development, and field communication systems to support the development of solutions for disaster risk management at the community level.
