From 8–13 January 2026, Saijai Tech Co., Ltd. organized a hands-on training program at a technical college in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The program focused on learning through Virtual Reality (VR) technology to enhance skill development in a safe, easy-to-understand, and highly realistic environment that closely reflects real-world operations.

The use of VR in training was aimed at addressing the limitations of hands-on practice with actual equipment, particularly in tasks involving electrical systems and complex devices that require a high level of caution. VR allows trainees to practice in a simulated and safe environment, significantly reducing the risk of errors while enabling them to learn work procedures step by step in a clear and structured manner.

In addition, VR helps participants clearly visualize the internal structure and operation of systems through realistic simulations. This approach improves understanding of how systems work and the reasoning behind each process. Trainees can repeat exercises multiple times, practice continuously, and build confidence before performing tasks in real situations especially for inspection, analysis, and basic troubleshooting activities.

The training sessions were met with strong interest and active participation from attendees, reflecting the effectiveness of VR-based learning in increasing motivation and engagement throughout the training process.

Saijai Tech Co., Ltd. remains committed to advancing learning innovation through virtual reality technology to support workforce skill development in line with industry needs, and to help learners prepare for real-world work with confidence and long-term sustainability.
